Aleszu Bajak is a freelance journalist who writes for The Washington Post, Esquire, Guernica, Nature and Science. He teaches journalism, design, data visualization and programming at Northeastern University and Brandeis University. He also edits storybench.org and launched Esquire Classic. He was a 2013 Knight Science Journalism Fellow at MIT.
