A Marriage Made in Heaven?

"The archbishop's wedding made headlines around the world," Manseau e-mailed us, "but it struck me that no one had really attempted to tell his story in a personal, engaging way. So I gave it a shot."

It's a good shot, an unusual telling, too, in its use of first person and of Manseau's background as he tries to understand this enigmatic man. We particularly liked Manseau's ironic ending, the deft handling of his own place in the piece.
