<a href="http://hopemcleod.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Hope McLeod</a>, a freelance journalist, poet, and songwriter from Washburn, Wisconsin, worked as a staff writer for the Bayfield County Journal and Ashland Daily Press from 2012-2018. She has two books, "Have I Got a Story for You," (a collection of her newspaper stories), and "The Place We Begin," her book of poems. "Frozen in Time" is a CD of her original songs inspired by the Lake Superior region.
