More conference news for long-form addicts: Boston University has announced the roster for “The Power of Narrative” conference taking place on campus April 29 & 30 of this year.
The list of speakers includes some fabulous storytellers:

- Jill Abramson, managing editor of The New York Times and co-author of “Strange Justice: The Selling of Clarence Thomas”;
- Hampton Sides, editor-at-large of Outside magazine and author of “Hellhound on His Trail”;
- Gay Talese, who penned “Frank Sinatra Has a Cold,” along with eleven books;
- Kate Medina, executive editor at Random House; and
- Isabel Wilkerson, BU professor and author of “The Warmth of Other Suns.”
